Based in Docklands, Victoria, the NRC team is an agile workforce with team members located around Australia, working a variety of different shifts to deliver our 24/7 capability.
Our Response team are trained across all call, dispatch and monitoring services and we have a dedicated scheduling team focusing on metering deployments.
Our teams are supported by a leadership team whose daily focus is on-going development and performance. With specialists in training, coaching and development, our business looks to offer opportunity and growth to our most important assets, our people.
Shane leads the NRC team providing a range of Health & Safety Response services across a wide spectrum of industries and well-known brands in Australia, New Zealand and the Asia Pacific regions.
Prior to joining NRC, Shane held several key operational and safety roles with the Gas & Fuel Corporation and has over 40 years’ experience in the energy, oil & gas and utility sectors.
Service Delivery Manager
Lisa has been with NRC for 20 years and has been the Service Delivery Manager for the last 6 years. She is responsible for the mobilisation of new services and development of those client partnerships, as well as product enhancement and innovation.
She also leads the learning and development program and team at the centre, along with the digital metering deployment scheduling team which has an agile workforce located in Victoria and NSW.
Lisa has over 20 years experience in a variety of service solution and leadership roles, involved with energy (retail and distribution), utilities and employee safety services.
Kate joined the NRC in 2008, and has been responsible for Operations since 2018. Kate leads the response team and oversees the day to day delivery of client services across call centre, dispatch and monitoring services, responsible for the achievement of all service level metrics and regulatory obligations.
Kate has over 13 years experience working in the energy and utility industries in a variety of roles focused on people leadership, project management and customer service solutions.
