We’re introducing a brand new Customer Portal providing you with greater insight into your employees’ activities and inbound calls, and more efficient access to data to meet your compliance obligations.

Reporting & Analytics
You can access your activity and inbound calls data on the portal using the built-in reports. You now also have the flexibility to build your own reports to suit your own reporting and analysis requirements. Export your data to a spreadsheet, or subscribe to have them delivered to your mailbox at your prescribed schedule.
Employee Monitoring
Real Time Dashboard
With the real time dashboard, you can immediately see open activities, employees who missed their check-ins and which activities have been escalated providing you greater visibility and insight to what is currently happening with your employees.

Find My Team
Find My Team works in conjunction with our TraXu app. Locate employees currently undertaking activities on a map using their last known location. You can also drill down to the activity to see their actual route in real time.

Manage Points of Interests
Map your own assets and addresses via the portal. These points of interests can be used by your employees as their activity locations via the TraXu mobile app.

Risk Assessment
Get rid of paper-based checklists. Customise your own risk assessment questions via the portal and get your employees to fill in the questionnaire prior to starting their activities. You can also view the answers and generate reports via the portal.
